Hopefully he should recover just fine but till then we are also forced to be Home quarantined.<\/p>\n<p>As the hours are passing by, I have to ensure some intellectual `bon-app\u00e9tite pour mon <span lang=\"fr\"><strong>cerveau<\/strong>`<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Topic to read today is <code>Business Agility<\/code>, and we will go through customer centricity and design thinking before we reach there.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.scaledagileframework.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/figure2.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Just a note before we get started<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agile is a philosophy to develop software, something in concept similar to a model of development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>It is more of a philosophical approach to how things should be done.<\/p><cite>\u00a9 Scaled Agile, Inc.<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>I started with a water-fall model, which ideally was not too bad for us and had its moments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was detailed (rather too detailed), everything was documented, approved and executed. We used to have demos not usually at the end, but it was almost towards the end e.g.s RC&#8217;s (Alpha, Beta, GA). Everything had a milestone date, which was seldom missed, automation was still not big, but quality plans and unit testing was still there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote has-background has-luminous-vivid-orange-background-color is-style-solid-color\"><blockquote class=\"has-text-color has-white-color\"><p>Each framework contains a general overview and links to find additional information. It is race against time to create an impact define value and bring in the customers. As the time passes and the enterprise grows, it is usually silo&#8217;d in hierarchies and verticals.
